有一些通话痕迹但是对我来说没有任何意义。
这个问题经常发生在我用 Python+webbrowser 模块打开 Chrome 时，不过我不确定这是否是仅有的原因。特别是，我记得在其他没有 Python 参与的场景中，我曾多次遇到内核崩溃。我不再相信我的记忆，也没有记下来。评论已删除。

Ubuntu 20.xx 中某些以太网卡启用了 MSI/MSIX 中断。这可能会导致以太网运行不顺畅。这里有一个补丁可以修复它。按照嵌入的说明进行安装。

楼主重置了 BIOS，移除了 CPU 超频，目前已经运行了 6 天，没有任何问题。可能需要一点时间才能确认问题已经解决。
