我无法让 Ubuntu 识别我的外置 DVD 驱动器（LG GP65NB60）。它是去年生产的，具有 LG 最新的可用固件，在 Windows 中运行良好。我使用的是内核 6.5.0-27-generic。我完全不知所措，不知道该怎么做。LG 技术支持说“确保我有正确的操作系统驱动程序”，但这其实没什么用。
