我不知道 xubuntu，但在 ubuntu 中你可以这样做；

sudo apt-get install laptop-mode-tools

并安装它。笔记本电脑模式工具应该将大多数“坏”变成“好”

您的笔记本电脑有另一张显卡吗？

编辑：在 powertop 中，您还可以看到大约使用了多少瓦特。您还可以在 windows 中使用 battercare 查看。您可以使用它来比较不同情况/负载下的情况。这有点好玩。:)
