我遇到了同样的问题（NetBeans 8.1，Debian 8.1）。

在 /etc/fstab 中我删除了“禁止执行“参数/tmp定义，重新挂载 /tmp 并且现在它可以工作了。（缺少执行权限）；）

您必须从他们的站点下载 netbeans，它是一个 tar 文件。

  • 解压到您选择的文件夹。
  • 确保您已安装 JDK。
  • 打开终端并更改为包含文件 netbeans.sh 的目录。
