我试过了

add-apt-repository ppa:hanipouspilot/rtlwifi
sudo apt update
sudo apt install mt7610u-dkms

但之后什么也没有发生，我应该做点别的吗？

升级到 17.04，内核版本 - 4.10.0-19-generic
