由于以下原因，什么也不会发生：
dotnet-runtime-2.0.0/xenial 2.0.0-1 amd64 [upgradable from: 2.0.0-1]
dotnet-runtime-2.0.0/zesty,now 2.0.0-1 amd64 [installed,upgradable to: 2.0.0-1]
两行都说：2.0.0-1，运行sudo apt update以更新你的包索引。
