无法重新启动网络服务

操作系统：Ubuntu 16.04 服务器

[root@wspbm]# uname -a

启动时，该机器会启动所有预期到位的网络。重新启动网络后，显示所有接口均未知。

Dmesg 输出显示接口在启动时被重命名，并且接口文件引用了这些新名称。然而，所有错误消息都表明接口未知。此处的目标只是能够无错误地重新启动网络服务。很高兴提供任何其他详细信息。提前感谢任何建议。
