大约两周前，即使是最简单的事情（网页浏览）温度也开始异常升高。我自己诊断出视频芯片组工作不正常，需要“重新焊接”。我有机会尝试了一块新主板，但即使试过了，情况还是一样。

我让 PC 在 BIOS 上运行，有时风扇确实会工作，但我真的不知道这是否是一个合理的测试。

过热是 HP 笔记本电脑的一个大问题，也是众所周知的问题。无论安装了什么操作系统，都会出现过热现象。您可以建议彻底清洁冷却系统的格栅并更换导热膏，最好是liquid proArctic Silver 5 或 Arctic Cooling MX-4（稍差一点）。阅读有关导热膏的更多信息：
