问题：
我的系统在执行某些任务时经常挂起（不明确）。每当我的系统挂起并检查系统资源性能时，通常是 1 TB 辅助硬盘 Seagate（又名 E 盘）以 100% 的活动时间运行，几乎没有实际磁盘活动/磁盘传输。很多时候我甚至无法正确重启机器，因为它只是不断尝试关机，我不得不拔掉电源插头才能将其关闭。其他时候一切似乎都很好。所以我在出现故障之前更换了可疑硬盘，现在，一年多之后，我的新硬盘出现了同样的问题，尽管问题似乎不那么频繁，但似乎随着时间的推移而增加。
我做了什么： 我已经使用至少两种第三方工具扫描了这两个硬盘，每个报告都是正面的。我不记得我是否在之前的硬盘上运行了 chkdsk，但在新的硬盘上，chkdsk 每次都会在“纠正卷位图中的错误”之后失败，并显示“未指定的错误”。我得到了相同的未指定错误。碎片整理无法完成（卡在相同的 100% 活动时间，没有磁盘活动）。我在一些帖子上看到，将电源管理设置为高性能可以解决一些人的问题，但对我来说没用。有些人认为这可能是由于恶意软件攻击造成的，这仍有可能是问题的原因，但到目前为止，完整扫描无法完成。
