我可以成功编写和创建 IEEE Transaction 格式（IEEEtrans.cls）的论文。

Access 模板设计用于 pdflatex。作者尝试将其与 ptex 一起使用，因为 ptex 使用不同的字体和不同的颜色命令。
如果可能的话，建议作者使用 pdflatex。如果不行，可以使用 IEEEtran.cls 版本。
