&有特殊的意义：它是表格中的对齐制表符。要排版字符“&”，您必须将其转义：\&。即使在参考书目条目中，特殊字符也应始终进行转义（某些字段除外，例如url，根据您加载的包，这些字段将内容视为逐字处理）。

话虽如此，你的 bib 条目违背了 bib 文件的全部目的。你把所有的书目数据都塞进了字段title，这完全是错误的。使用正确的字段来输入期刊、卷、页和年份，你的书目就会被正确格式化：
