（批量）电子邮件未送达。不清楚原因

我的一位客户为那些因新冠疫情而需要员工居家办公的公司提供一档在线娱乐节目。该节目通过 YouTube 进行直播。每档节目都是为要求该节目的公司量身定制的。

当一家公司报名参加展会时，他们需要提交一份想要参加线上展会的员工的电子邮箱地址列表。我的然后，邮件服务器向每位员工发送一封标准电子邮件（代表我的客户），其中包含一小段介绍节目的文字和 YouTube 流的链接。

我已尽一切努力确保邮件到达：

即便如此，大多数时候，一小部分已发送的电子邮件仍未送达。即使所有邮件都发送到同一域中的电子邮件地址（来自客户端）。我认为这是因为有人意外删除了邮件，或者他们的系统上的病毒扫描程序过于活跃。

不管怎样，昨天我需要向我客户的客户的员工发送电子邮件。没有收到任何邮件。我试了一次又一次，但都没有收到。我不知道为什么。我复制了 mail.info 日志文件中相关行的一部分。我不太清楚如何读取日志文件，但我没有看到任何明显的错误。

我已将域名更改如下：

• onlineentertainment.com 是我客户的公司
• mymailserver.com 是我的邮件服务器
• Recipientdomain.com 是我想要向其员工发送电子邮件的公司的域名。
