Win10 diskpart 无法格式化分区/卷，为什么？

简单来说，当我在新磁盘上执行以下 3 条命令时，

convert gpt

create partition efi size=442

format fs=fat32 quick

Windows 10（我的情况是 1909）归咎于：

DiskPart 遇到错误：参数不正确。

请参阅系统事件日志以了解更多信息。

我打开 eventvwr.msc，但看不到任何说明错误原因的条目。为什么会这样？

后来我确认，创建一个“主”分区（不需要是 EFI 系统分区）也会出现同样的问题。看来我犯了一个低级的新手错误。

相同的命令在 Windows 7 上运行正常，但在 Windows 10 上却失败。不知道发生了什么，请帮忙。
