为某些行和列声明斜体

延续先前的问题我有一个无人认领的帐户。

如何将字母（k、kh 等一直到 o）斜体化，而不使用 \textit{} 包裹每个字母？有没有办法为指定的行/列声明斜体？

这可以通过选项实现cell{6-Z}{2-11}={font=\itshape}。这里Z表示最后一行。
