Windows Server 2008 标准版（非 R2）
2 个 NIC，外部 NIC（Realtek）上有防火墙。内部 NIC（Nvidia）为我的家用电脑运行 NAT。
有线调制解调器向我的服务器发出内部 IP（192.168.178.10）（调制解调器不是问题，问题出现在此设置之前）

问题是，有时需要连接到我的服务器的程序要么无法建立有效的连接，要么连接随机断开。

受影响的程序：
- Mumble（类似 teamspeak 的语音程序）- 几秒后断开连接，然后每分钟自动重新连接一次。（重新连接是程序设置，断开连接不是）
- VS2010 中的自编程应用程序 - 一开始无法连接到服务器上的 SQL Server 2005 DB，但一段时间（几分钟）后就可以了
- 服务器本身上的 FTP 服务器 - 经过几秒钟的传输后，远程客户端无法登录，或者下载停止并且连接断开？

该问题仅发生在某些应用程序中，所有其他流量（如 Squeezebox、文件传输、RDP 和 http 流量）到服务器和从客户端到互联网的流量均运行正常。

一开始我以为问题出在防火墙设置不正确，但我在配置中允许了服务器和客户端之间的所有端口和流量。现在我开始怀疑 NAT 是问题所在，但我不确定。
