因此，您的配置文件在语法上是正确的，因为它在使用 --testconfig 或初始化时不会发出抱怨。由于服务启动干净且不会发出抱怨，因此它要么没有尝试绑定到 21，要么不久后就会丢失它。
不确定您的构建版本是否需要它，但我注意到您的配置中没有插入 Port 指令。您是否尝试过Port 21在配置顶部添加：？不确定它是否会将缺少它视为Port 0，从而禁用服务器。
