There were problems setting up VirtualBox.  To re-start the set-up process, run
  /sbin/vboxconfig
as root.

您的文件已损坏/etc/default/grub。

修复线路

GRUB_DEFAULT="                                                               Windows 10"

到

GRUB_DEFAULT=0

然后移除

GRUB_SAVEDEFAULT="false"

然后运行

sudo update-grub

然后重新启动。
